Welcome to PixGT! This document (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) is formulated by Shenzhen Bianliang Dingyi Technology Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91440300MAEHMJQ3XX, hereinafter “we” or “us”) and applies to the PixGT application and related services that we develop, operate, and fully own. In this Policy, “user” or “you” refers to any individual or merchant who uses PixGT.

Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us, and your trust in us is the foundation of our business. We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy through a series of technical and administrative measures, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and industry best practices. While you use the PixGT services, we may need to collect and process certain necessary information to ensure proper functionality and service quality. Except where required for feature delivery or legal compliance, you have the full right to refuse to provide any personal information. This Policy clearly sets out all categories of information we intend to collect and the purposes for which they are used.

1. Definitions of Key Terms

Personal Information: refers to any data recorded electronically or by other means that can, alone or in combination with other information, identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.
Information Collection: refers to the process of obtaining control over personal information, including information actively submitted by users, information about user behavior automatically collected and recorded by systems, and information obtained indirectly through sharing, transfer, or publicly available channels.
Information Deletion: refers to the removal of personal information from routine business systems so that it can no longer be retrieved or accessed.
Information Disclosure: refers to the act of disclosing personal information to the public or to an unspecified group of people.

2. Registration and Login

2.1 Currently, you may register for and log in to PixGT using your mobile phone number. For this purpose, we need to collect and store your mobile phone number. We only collect the basic information necessary to provide the service and will not collect any of your sensitive personal information.

2.2 We will use your account information to verify your identity and ensure that you can use all PixGT features smoothly. The account information you provide will be used for basic operations such as account activation and management.

3. Rules for Information Collection and Use

3.1 Specific Scope of Information Collected

(1) Information you actively provide:

Account credentials, passwords, and other identity verification information you provide when registering for or logging in to PixGT;
Content you actively upload or enter during use, such as product images, model photos, and reference images used for generation, text descriptions/prompts, and feedback submissions.

(2) Information we collect automatically (only after you have expressly consented to this Privacy Policy):

Device-related information: To keep your account secure, analyze user behavior, and provide a stable, high-quality service, we may automatically collect the following device information after you have given your express consent (including in the foreground and during the compliant, necessary background network-initialization phase, such as network parameters briefly obtained solely to establish a secure connection):

Device model, operating system version, and device configuration parameters;
Android device identifiers: Android ID, OAID;
Network-related information: network IP address (including public IP), network connection status, browser/system built-in WebView type and version;
Application run logs, crash diagnostic data, and other technical records.

Notes on device identifiers (Android ID, OAID):

Purpose: used for install attribution, channel statistics, anti-fraud, and risk control; not used for personalized recommendations or precise profiling.
Method: read locally by the relevant SDKs after you consent, and used solely for attribution or risk-control computation over encrypted channels.
Scope: limited to device identifiers and necessary basic device/network information; does not involve sensitive data such as contacts, photo albums, SMS messages, or precise location.
Frequency: read upon first launch or when specific tracked events are triggered; no high-frequency or covert background collection.
Necessity: used only for optional attribution/risk-control features; declining authorization does not affect the use of the core image generation features.

(3) Images you upload and generated results:

Purpose: the product images, model photos, and reference images you upload are used only to perform the corresponding AI image generation, try-on, replacement, and editing features for you, and for the technical processing necessary to improve the service.
Portraits and authorization: if the images you upload contain a person’s likeness, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization from the holder of the portrait rights; you are solely responsible for the legality, provenance, and authorization status of the materials you upload.
Storage: uploaded materials and generated results are stored in our object storage service located within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, and are protected by measures such as access control and encrypted transmission.
Retention and deletion: we retain the relevant images only for the period necessary to deliver the features and for reasonable operations; you may delete generation records within the app or request deletion by closing your account, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
Model training: without your separate consent, we will not use images you upload that can identify individuals for public release or for training third-party models.

3.2 Rules for Data Collection While in the Background

We are committed to strictly following the principle of “minimum necessity” in data collection:

(1) Background operation restrictions: when the app is in the background and is not providing you with an actual service, we will not proactively collect your personal information.

(2) Necessary scenarios: the app may collect limited technical data in the background only in the following necessary scenarios:

Log information needed for app crash analysis and bug fixes;
Device identifiers needed for push notification services;
Basic device information needed for account security verification;
Network parameters (such as the IP address) needed to establish encrypted network connections and initialize attribution, and only after the user has consented.

(3) User control: you may restrict the app’s background permissions through your system settings; we respect your choice, and doing so will not affect the normal use of the core features.

4. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies are standard tools in today’s internet ecosystem. When you access or use PixGT, we may send one or more cookies or other anonymous identifiers to your device in order to recognize your device and record your usage preferences. These technologies help us provide you with a stable, smooth, and secure service experience, for example by remembering your login status, analyzing service usage, and strengthening security protections.

Important statement: PixGT does not provide any form of targeted push services and does not deliver personalized content based on user behavior. Except where necessary to deliver features, we enable device-identifying identifiers (such as Android ID, OAID, and network IP address) for attribution or statistical analysis only after obtaining your express consent. Where higher-sensitivity information such as MAC addresses or the list of installed applications is involved, it is used only where permitted by law, for legitimate purposes, and within the minimum necessary scope, as expressly disclosed in this Policy.

Third-party SDK permissions and sensitive information usage:

Device MAC address: used only on specific device models or network environments for attribution deduplication and security risk control; not used to build user profiles. Access follows system permissions and platform restrictions, without high-frequency collection or cross-app correlation.
List of installed applications: where needed to evaluate ad attribution effectiveness or for anti-fraud purposes, only the necessary information about whether specific relevant apps are installed is collected; detailed information about unrelated apps is not collected, it is not used for personalized recommendations, and no high-frequency background scanning is performed.
IP address: used for establishing network connections, regional statistics, and risk-control verification; not used as a basis for personalized recommendations.
Trigger conditions: the relevant SDKs are initialized only after you consent to the Privacy Policy; you may withdraw your consent at any time in Settings to stop the related processing.

5. Information Storage and Security

5.1 Data storage location: in compliance with mandatory requirements under national laws and regulations, all user personal information (including uploaded image materials) that we collect and generate within mainland China will be stored on servers located within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.

5.2 Data retention period: we retain your personal information and image materials only for the reasonable period necessary to deliver PixGT’s features. Once the necessary period has elapsed, we will anonymize the relevant information or delete it completely in accordance with security standards.

5.3 Consent management: the app displays a privacy policy dialog on first launch. Before you expressly consent, we will not initialize any third-party SDKs involving device identifier collection or ad attribution, nor will we report any events containing device identifiers. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time in the in-app settings.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable Chinese laws, regulations, and relevant standards, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), we ensure that you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

The right to access, correct, and delete your personal information;
The right to withdraw previously granted consent;
The right to close your user account;
The right to file complaints and reports regarding infringements.

6.1 Account Deletion Rules and Process

You have the right to delete your PixGT account at any time. To protect your rights and interests, we provide the following account deletion methods:

(1) Self-service deletion within the app:

Path: open the PixGT app → “Me” → “Other” → “Delete Account”;
After completing identity verification as prompted on the page, you can submit your deletion request;
The system will then automatically process the account deletion.

(2) Data handling after deletion:

Important notice: account deletion is irreversible; please proceed with caution. After your account is deleted:

You will no longer be able to log in to PixGT with that account;
All personal information, usage records, uploaded materials, and generation records in your account will be permanently deleted;
You will not be able to recover any deleted data or information;
We will delete your personal information to the extent technically feasible, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations;
For security reasons, we may retain necessary log information for security risk control, for a period not exceeding the maximum period permitted by law.

(3) Deletion conditions and restrictions:

Before deleting your account, please ensure there are no unfinished business processes in the account;
Accounts involved in disputes must resolve the relevant issues before they can be deleted;
Accounts involved in legal disputes or investigations into violations may temporarily be unable to be deleted;
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others, we reserve the right to refuse clearly improper deletion requests.

7. Compliance and Usage Boundaries

Important: PixGT is intended solely for lawful e-commerce product display and creative design. It does not provide, support, or encourage any image creation that infringes the legitimate rights and interests of others, constitutes false advertising, or violates laws and regulations.

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and the platform, please observe the following boundaries:

Do not upload or generate images that infringe others’ trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights and interests;
Do not use the platform to generate images of counterfeit or substandard goods, or for false advertising or misleading consumers;
Do not generate images involving inappropriate content related to minors, pornography or vulgarity, violence or terrorism, or prohibited items;
When uploading materials, apply data minimization: avoid including irrelevant sensitive personal information or information subject to confidentiality agreements. If such materials must be submitted, redact them first and ensure you hold lawful authorization for any portraits they contain.
